Returns are not accepted on custom made items, so any items that are handmade and made by me. I.e. beanies, head warmers, etc.

If an item is faulty or damaged, I will replace (if possible), refund, or offer a discount code for a future order. All items ship with tracking, I need to be contacted within 3 days of tracking showing an order was delivered. I will also ask for proof of any faultiness or damage in the form of a photograph.

If you do not pick up your package from the post office, and it is returned to me as unclaimed, or if your package is undeliverable due to the address provided being incorrect you will be required to pay the additional shipping cost for the package to be resent.

In my experience items are rarely completely lost in the mail, rather they get delayed for reasons that are beyond my control. If a package is lost by the post office (which again, rarely happens), I will file a claim with the post office and then issue you a full refund. You have 15 days after the package was shipped to contact me regarding a lost package.
